- 1Drop Diagnostics (Neuchâtel, Switzerland) —board-level engagement with a next-generation point-of-care diagnostics company, extending his i-STAT-era expertise in bringing disruptive testing technology to market.
- Incite Genomics (Melbourne, Australia) — currently serving as Alternate Director, guiding strategic direction for a genomics organization at the forefront of precision diagnostics.

Founded on Direct Operating Experience, Not Theory

Building and Financing a Behavioral Health Enterprise
As Founder and CEO of American Treatment Network, he created and scaled a multi-state, value-based Integrated Center of Excellence model for substance use disorder and mental health treatment — taking the company from concept to five locations across two states. He led the full arc of company creation: entity formation, Angel and Series A capital raises culminating in a $26 million valuation, state licensing and COE certification, payer contracting, and clinical accreditation. Under his leadership, the organization sustained 400% revenue growth through service innovation, strategic referral partnerships, and operational efficiency — proof that clinical mission and financial performance can scale together when the operating model is built correctly.
Leading at the Highest Levels of Laboratory and Diagnostic Medicine
Before founding American Treatment Network, he spent two decades in senior sales and P&L leadership roles at some of the most respected names in laboratory services and diagnostics:
- Laboratory Corporation of America, he directed the full laboratory services portfolio across the New York and Northern New Jersey markets.
- Quest Diagnostics, led national sales strategy and sales for the Pain Management/Toxicology franchise.
- Ameritox, he built and led a team of more than 50 sales professionals and sales managers, while growing sales and margin by double digits year over year.
- i-STAT Corporation, he was a foundational leader in creating an entirely new category in point-of-care critical care diagnostics, active in scaling and growing the company in multiple executive and customer facing roles that led to i-STAT's acquisition by Abbott Laboratories.
That combination — building a behavioral health company from the ground up, and leading commercial and P&L functions inside category-defining diagnostic and device businesses —is the foundation this consultancy is built on.
